Responsibilities

  1. High quality payroll on time
  2. daily contact with EY Canadian payroll team.
  3. Cooperative and Positive attitude.
  4. Develop internal EY and client realtionship.
  5. Guide junior and other staff
  6. Up to date on Canadian payroll trends.
  7. Collection of client data
  8. Maintain employees record in EY payroll database.
  9. Up to date payroll documentation.
  10. Decision making capability
  11. Reporting to payroll operation manager in Canada.

Requirements

  1. Complex payroll knowledge across Canada (including Quebec)
  2. fluent in English and French.
  3. Knowlege of complete payroll cycle.
  4. proactive in problem solving
  5. Excellent analytical skills, Attention to details
  6. problem solving ability
  7. Collebrative approach
  8. Find new approacges.

Eduction and Experience

Bachelors degree with 5 years experience in payroll
