Job Title: Production Manager – Health Foods and Beverages
Company: A leading manufacturer and distributor of health foods and beverages is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our laboratory in Toyama Prefecture. This role is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and production processes of various health products, including supplements, soft drinks, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplement Manufacturing: Provide operational guidance and management of filling and manufacturing machines for hard capsules, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
2. Health Food Production: Manage the manufacturing process of soft drinks and other health foods, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct product inspections to uphold quality standards and hygiene inspections of manufacturing processes to guarantee product integrity.
4. GMP Compliance: Assist in the preparation and support of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for health supplements, including product inspections and report preparation.
5. Subcontractor Management: Oversee delivery date management of subcontractors and collaborate with purchasing managers to procure raw materials.
6. Inventory Management: Manage raw material arrival and product shipment, optimizing inventory levels for efficient production.
7. Cost Accounting: Monitor and analyze cost accounting for products to maintain cost-effectiveness and profitability.
8. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and education to part-time and full-time employees, ensuring they understand and execute their roles effectively.
